Viktoriya Lotkina Selden, M.A., CVE, PVE, GCDF
Career Assessment Specialist
We have experience conducting career assessments and providing career guidance to diverse populations, ages 14 to 66. We specialize in working with individuals with disabilities. Our passion is helping young adults, high school students, and college students.
We believe that career development is a lifelong process that consists of utilizing different opportunities to find meaning and success at work. At times, opportunities are available to us and at times we have to create the opportunities for ourselves. A career assessment enables individuals to recognize the opportunities they currently possess and helps to create new ones in order to advance their vocational goals. We approach every individual with respect, open mindedness, and empathy. We believe that every individual is unique and has a life story that reflects these differences. We provide an opportunity for you to tell your story and help you to learn more about yourself within the context of work.
Clients enjoy participating in the career assessment and discovering about themselves throughout the process. They view the process is individualized to their goals, wants, and needs. The results of the assessment help to identify the best career options and appropriate short and long term goals.
