Career Assessment

Career Assessment is a systematic process for identifying and matching your interests, values, and preferences to your abilities, strengths, and talents in the world of work. The assessment aims to identify short and long term goals as it relates to education, training, and employment. The career assessment will help you understand how you fit into the current labor market and how to stay competitive as it evolves over time. Together, we will consider your personal situation and enable you to make informed decisions to achieve your vocational goals.

Process:

1. Contact the career assessment specialist to determine if an assessment is appropriate for you.

2. Complete the assessment.

3. Receive a written report that contains the results of the assessment and recommendations provided by the career assessment specialist.

4. Review the results and address additional concerns with the career assessment specialist. (optional)
